Mike is a New Orleans native and LSU graduate.  After a career in the U.S. Army as a cavalry officer, where he played lacrosse for Army teams, he lived in Seattle & Porltand, where he served as Varsity Offensive Assistant coach at West Linn High School.  Mike joined a faith based non-profit & moved to Wellington New Zealand. 

In 2006, Mike & his family returned to NOLA.  Mike pioneered & leads a local New Orleans non-profit.  When he is not coaching the Blue Jays, Mike works mentoring leaders and rebuilding our community.
